erlang-p1-tls software package provides native TLS / SSL driver for Erlang / Elixir, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install erlang-p1-tls
erlang-p1-tls is installed in your system.
Make ensure the erlang-p1-tls package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep erlang-p1-tls *
You will get with erlang-p1-tls package name, version, architecture and description in a table
